Designing and Evaluating Validity and Reliability of the Questionnaire Concerning the Factors Affecting Person’s Intention of COVID-19 Prevention (FAPI-COP)

Background and Purpose: COVID-19’s proliferation worldwide remains a significant threat to public health; therefore, the assessment measurement of people’s intentions concerning prevention this can contribute development suitable educational messages that promote preventive behaviors. This study aimed develop questionnaire determine factors affecting person’ intention COVID-19 (FAPI-COP).
 Materials Methods: descriptive was conducted on people living in Mazandaran Province 2020. The designed via literature review, focus group discussions, interview with experts. A total 10 specialists were selected content validity scores Mazandarani laypeople used reliability questionnaire. Finally, index (CVI) ratio (CVR) calculated by using Cronbach’s alpha intraclass correlation coefficient (ICC) SPSS, version 24.00.
 Results: first consisted 51 questions, after evaluating reliability, 36 questions obtained. 0.91, 0.69, Cronbach's 0.78, internal 0.95 confidence interval 0.80-0.99.
 Conclusion: results showed present had acceptable levels validity, making it useful tool determining people.
